In 2024, I completed my postgraduate studies (MSc) in Counseling, Career Guidance, and Lifelong Learning at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (ranked among the top 100 universities worldwide), where I continue to serve as a visiting lecturer and scientific associate.

My career journey began in the Greek banking sector, where I experienced some of the industry’s most critical and historic moments, including mergers, acquisitions, and the economic crisis.

Over the years, I supported thousands of hirings as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, conducted thousands of interviews as a Senior Recruiter, implemented Performance Review Systems, and led the HR agenda for retail branches and head offices as an HR Business Partner — always applying a holistic and consulting approach.

Throughout my corporate HR career, I have been deeply committed to people development, designing, implementing, and delivering impactful training sessions that help individuals and teams grow.

Today, leveraging my strong expertise in career counseling and coaching, I empower individuals facing career transitions, important decisions, or performance challenges.
